AS 9100 RABQSA Lead Auditor Course (5 day - $1350.00)

Suppliers to the aerospace industry will find critical auditing guidance in this version of our RABQSA certified course.

Designed for aerospace suppliers. this intensive five-day program features workshops tailored to the working environment of the aerospace industry, as well as discussions on ISO-9001, AS-9100, and applicable FAA and industry reports, rules and regulations.

Discussions focus on the elements that comprise a quality management system, including policy manual, procedures and work instructions in the aerospace industry. Using 19011, workshops and case studies illustrate valuable tools for audit preparation, conduct and follow-up.

Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards is recommended. There are mandatory evening sessions for the first four nights concluding with a two-hour final exam.


 

AS 9110:2003 RABQSA Certifed Foundation Lead Auditor Course -
FAA Repair Stations (2 day - $695.00)

Understand and be able to describe the purpose of a Quality Management System and its role in helping an organization to operate with increased effectiveness, consistency and customer satisfaction. The student will have the capability to recommend and assist top management to continually improve the quality management system.

Understand and use Guidance and Requirements of AS 9110, when conducting audits or managing the Quality Management System in the AS 9110 repair stations.

Understand and be able to explain the commonality and approval between FAA and the international Aerospace industries.

Understand the reasons why AS 9110 changed from an US industry standard to an Aerospace International Standard.

Understand the requirements of AS 9110 (based on ISO 9001:2000) and the objective evidence needed to show conformance and effectiveness of the QMS.

 
AS 9120:2002 Aerospace Requirements for Stockist Distributors (1 day - $299.00)

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand the purpose of AS 9120 Aerospace Requirements for Stockist Distributors
2. Understand the abbreviations of the standard
3. Understand the requirements for Aerospace and OEM Auditors
4. Understand the requirements for Aerospace Experience Auditors
5. Understand that all Aerospace Experience Auditors need continuing education and audits
6. Understand and be able to explain requirements of the Aerospace QMS
